Overview

Fiery Factory, Fading Frost is a custom track created by Cotni. It was created for the 53rd edition of the Custom Track Jam competition series, where it placed second. The track is set at a factory in a company town owned by Bowser, which melts and pollutes the frigid environment around it over the course of the race.

Beta 2	2023-02-25	Fixed an issue with the shape of the half-pipe. Buffed a Mushroom shortcut in the warehouse. Reduced distance between grounded conveyors and the floor underneath them. Fixed an extreme case of vertex color flickering. Adjusted textures. Added boost panel borders to an ice ramp. Made ice sheet and ice bridge melt earlier. Adjusted some KMP routes.
Beta 3	2023-03-19	Update by Cotni and tarsa129: Changed slot from Bowser's Castle to Grumble Volcano. Greatly improved visuals, including a new lightmap and various custom objects. Made many gameplay tweaks, notably adding two new shortcuts.
v1.0	2023-11-28	Update by Cotni and tarsa129: Overhauled ending ramp section and shortcut. Reimagined oil material. Improved lighting. Increased visibility, primarily in the warehouse. Reduced scales of obstacles in the fire conveyor section. Remade BLIGHT post-effect and collision. Overhauled replay cameras. Improved performance. Many other miscellaneous KMP, KCL and visual changes.
